For heavier loading requirements (up to E600 – 60 tonne classification in accordance with BS EN 124), These access systems are ranges of sectional, modular and structural pre-formed access chambers.
The systems are used across many different markets and are approved by most Local Authorities and Utility Companies.
Access chambers are always referred to by their “clear opening” dimensions (internal) and some standard sizes are shown in the table.
Each chamber is made from 150mm deep riser and access sections, which interlock to offer flexibility in finished chamber depth. Each section is profiled to positively interlock with the units above and below. Each access section has various entry/exit points depending on their size.
