Meter boxes are normally a necessity for new meter installations today. The “Utility Connectors” will only connect a meter into an approved meter box and often their requirements differ in terms of size, cable entry and exit positions.
Generally manufactured from GRP, Cirrus supply meter boxes which have the full approval of most of the gas and electricity suppliers in the UK.
